During his too-many years in IT, Nicolas Ritouet has reached a strong and deep understanding of web technologies in every layer and built a robust network (organiser of meetups, speaker, volunteer, etc.). As a free software end-user and supporter, he is the creator and contributor to many modest or flamboyant open source projects. After learning about the refugee crisis, he decided to use his knowledge and network to found CodeDoor – helping refugees become software developers.
