CTO - Lean In Berlin
Christina works for IXDS - one of the leading innovation agency in Germany - as a CTO. She builds and grows the engineering team and supervises all technical projects. She spends a lot of time translating from nerd to everyday talk in project discussions and locates technical possibilities and bottlenecks before it's too late. With more than 15 years of international experience in innovation development and user centered design she also acts as agility coach, supporting teams and clients in agile transformation processes.
