Rob Allen is a software engineer, author and consultant. He has been involved in software architecture and development for many years and writes code in PHP, Swift and other interesting languages. He is part of Slim Framework's leadership team and contributes to other open source projects. Rob holds a Masters degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Birmingham in the UK and now concentrates on web-based applications. He is UK-based and runs Nineteen Feet, focussing on web development and consultancy.
